It is the modus operandi for these guys to hike far -- farther than most are willing to go -- in the effort to forge new routes on remote granit peaks. True to form, Blake Herrington and partner Scott Bennett, did just this on a recent trip into the backcountry of BC, criss-crossing the international border and laying claim to 3 new alpine gems.
